The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Nawanagar (Sonbarsa) P.S. Case No. 130 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant father of the deceased alleged that his daughter was married to Ashok Yadav on 13.07.2014. Rajesh Yadav informed the informant that his daughter was serious and on such the informant and others went to the place of his daughter and found his daughter dead. The accused persons cremated the dead body. The informant alleged that later on he came to know
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2447 of 2015 (4) dt.10-02-2015 that his daughter was killed due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. The petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and brothers of father-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation of demand of dowry is made against the petitioners even after marriage no demand was ever made as the informant has not made any allegation to this effect.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Nawanagar (Sonbarsa) P.S. Case No. 130 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
