2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bath P.S. Case No. 94 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2), 3(5) of the BNS Act.
3. At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application on behalf of petitioner nos. 4 to 6.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with regard to petitioner nos. 4 to 6 with a liberty to them to surrender and pray for regular bail.
5. So far as petitioner nos. 1 to 3 are concerned, they are women and considering the nature of allegations levelled against them, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed with regard to them.
6. Let the petitioner nos. 1 to 3, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class-cum-A.M.-IV, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Bath P.S. Case No. 94 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.
