The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 399, 402, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b), 26, 35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.10.2018. He further submits that in the instant case petitioner alongwith seven other persons were apprehended by the police, from possession of the petitioner two .315 bore live cartridges was recovered.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.14211 of 2019(2) dt.07-03-2019 2/2 antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Saran at Chhapra in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2018.
