JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody since 25.11.2017, seek bail in Bijaipur PS Case No. 112 of 2017 (S.T. No. 50 of 2018) registered under Sections 304B and 201 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the marriage of informant's daughter was solemnised more than seven years ago with the son of petitioner No. 2, the daughter-in-law of petitioner No. 2 died of illness for which she was treated and the informant side appeared in the cremation, considering the said fact husband of petitioner no. 2 was granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 7326 of 2018 whereas petitioner no. 1 is brother of deceased's husband.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances as he case of the petitioners also stands on similar footing as that of Hareram Sah, the petitioners, namely, Vishal Sah and Inrawati Devi @ Inarmati Devi are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Jusdge VIII, Gopalganj in connection with Bijaipur PS Case No. 112 of 2017 (S.T. No. 50 of 2018).
