2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 325, 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on instigation of this petitioner, all the F.I.R. named accused persons assaulted the son of the informant as a result of which he was injured and was referred to the PMCH.

4. It is submitted that petitioner is only alleged to be the instigator and there is no allegation of any overt act against him. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18287 of 2024(3) dt.06-05-2024 2/2 arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Koilwar P. S. Case No. 474 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
