The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore M.A. No. 291 of 2012, which stood dismissed due to noncompliance of peremptory order dated 11-07-2014. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though, in compliance with the order, requisites were filed within time, but it was not filed in appropriate form. Considering the facts and circumstances, the petition stands allowed.

Let M.A. No. 291 of 2012 be restored to its original file with a condition to comply the order dated 11-07-2014 within a period of two weeks, failing which, M.A. No. 291 of 2012 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a bench. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay/- U
