2. Heard learned counsel for the State.

3. Even yesterday nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and by way of indulgence the matter was adjourned.

4. Learned counsel for the State submitted that the main grievance is against L.N. Mithila University. However, it transpires that copy of the writ petition has not been served on the learned counsel for L.N. Mithila University and, thus, his name does not appear in the daily cause list.

5. The writ petition has been filed on 06.09.2016.

6. In view of the fact that nobody had appeared yesterday on behalf of the petitioner and position remaining the same today, the Court can only presume that either the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter or his grievance has been redressed.

7. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off.
