Case No. 487 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 333, 337, 338, 353, 186, 307, 504, 506, 427, 386 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3 /4 of the Explosive Substances Act, 1908, Section 3 /4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that nothing specific has been attributed against the petitioners and some of the similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a Bench of this Court. Considering the aforestated facts and the period of custody which is from 22.12.2019, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) each with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 487 of 2019.
