2. The petitioner by invoking the extraordinary

Patna High Court CWJC No.4300 of 2023 dt.24-08-2023 2/3 writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks following reliefs:- "A. An appropriate writ, order and direction quashing the decision of the Govt. including the respondents as contained in Annexure-2 holding the same as illegal, arbitrary and discriminatory be issue.

B. An appropriate writ, order and directing commanding the respondents to allow the petitioners rice mill to function as usual be issued.

C. An appropriate writ, order and direction commanding the respondent specially the Bihar State Food and Civil Supply Corporation Ltd. (respondent no.10) to accept the supply made by the petitioner of Arwa Chawal (rice) be issued.

D. Alternatively an appropriate writ or direction commanding the respondents to dispose of the petitioner representation (Annexure-3 Series) withing a time frame be issued.

E. For grant of any other relief or reliefs for which petitioner is found entitled to in the fact and circumstances of the case."

3. During the course of argument learned counsel for the respondent submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition has been dealt with by learned Coordinate

Patna High Court CWJC No.4300 of 2023 dt.24-08-2023 3/3 Bench of this Court in CWJC No.657 of 2023 and same has already been disposed of vide order date 21.04.2023.

4. At this Juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the present writ petition be disposed of in terms of the order of this Court passed by the Coordinate Bench, the petitioner would also be satisfied.

5. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the present writ application stands disposed of in terms of the order passed by the learned Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No.657 of 2023, with the liberty as provided by the Hon'ble Court in the identical matter.
