Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 274, 275, 276, 284, 379, 413, 414, 420, 467,468 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 22(b), 23(b) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act and Section 36AC, 10A of Essential Commodity Act and 27(a)(c), (b) 11(d), 28(a),30(a)(b)(c) of the Drugs and Cosmetic Act, 2008.

It appears that similarly situated co-accused Rahul Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of the Court in Cr.Misc.No. 36518/2017 and some other petitioners have been allowed bail by some other Coordinate Benches of this Court in other Criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5209 of 2018 (2) dt.31-01-2018 Miscellaneous. All are produced by the petitioner. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Special Case No.75 of 2017 arising out of Pirbahore P.S.Case No.264 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
