2. There is a defect vide S.R. defect no. 6(1) i.e. "this memo of appeal may perhaps be converted into Criminal Appeal (SJ) against conviction as per quantum of sentence awarded".

3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he will convert this appeal into Criminal Appeal (SJ) and for that necessary corrections shall be made in the cause title pages of the memo of appeal in course of the day.
