The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Masaurhi P.S. Case No.20 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the cabin from where the liquor was recovered is in a dilapidated condition. The said cabin is used for agricultural purpose, which is situated far away from the residence of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a
