2. The grievance of the petitioner, in public interest, is that a water-body is being encroached upon.

3. After some arguments, Mr. J.P. Singh, the learned Senior Advocate seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to approach the appropriate authority under the Bihar Land Public Encroachment Act, 1956 for the needful.
