Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,366(A),376 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 POCSO Act.

The statement of the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that she had some affairs with the petitioner. Nothing else she alleged against the petitioner. Submission is that victim has already married with some other person.

Considering the statement of the victim girl, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12038 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 below where the case is pending in connection with Parasbigha Police Station Case No.41 of 2017, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case as well as the petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
