2. The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 05.01.2024 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 74762 of 2023, whereby and whereunder the petitioner was granted bail.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, in prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No. 74762 of 2023, "C.J.M, Supaul" has been mentioned in place of "A.C.J.M, Birpur, District- Supaul" and due to the said reason the aforesaid mistake has been occurred in order dated 05.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc No. 74762 of 2023. Hence, he prays for modification in prayer portion of order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29372 of 2024(2) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 05.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc No. 74762 of 2023 and also seeks permission to make necessary correction in prayer portion of Cr. Misc No. 74762 of 2023.

4. Learned APP for the State does not controvert the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. In the light of aforesaid submission, in prayer portion of order dated 05.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74762 of 2023 be read as "A.C.J.M, Birpur, District- Supaul" in place of "C.J.M, Supaul".

6. Accordingly, order dated 05.01.2024 stands modified to the extent stated above.

7. Let this order be communicated to the court of learned A.C.J.M, Birpur, District- Supaul in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 7 of 2022 for needful. (Alok Kumar Pandey, J) vashudha/- U T
