The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kursela P.S.Case No.163 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 & 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of causing dowry death.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and no such demand was made by the petitioner and there is no specific allegation of assault. The petitioner is in custody for about six months.
Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27094 of 2017 (3) dt.17-07-2017 2/2 prayer for bail of the stating that during the course of investigation, the police has found the case true and the chargesheet has been submitted in this case and further postmortem report shows the death of the deceased due to strangulation. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it as soon as possible. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
