Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 20, 22, 27 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

It appears that similarly situated co-accused Parmatma Nand has already been allowed bail by this Court vide order dated 21.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15917 of 2018. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17499 of 2018 (2) dt.30-03-2018 2/2 connection with Bhabua Police Station Case No. 111 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
