Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Katihar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 303 of 2019 for the offence under section447, 384, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Allegation against this petitioner is that he has demanded Rangdari. The petitioner and the informant are residents of the same locality. There is no allegation that money was received by this petitioner.
Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and no one has transferred the money as Rangdari and the petitioner and the informant are residents of the same

No.11998 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 locality, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Katihar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 303 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
