2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 758 of 2022 registered on 03.10.2022 lodged under Sections 394 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against four unknown accused persons against whom there is an allegation of robbery.

4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner has been figured in this case by the virtue of confessional statement of the co-accused.

5. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21133 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 is in custody since 27.09.2023 having one criminal case pending against him, in which he is on bail. Counsel further submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner neither T.I.P. has been conducted.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail after framing of charge if not framed yet and on being satisfied by the trial Court that he is not absconding in Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 980/2022 and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 758 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) of the Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
