Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bikramganj PS Case No.48 of 2017, registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except the confessional statement of the petitioner, there is no other material as leading to the confessional statement neither any incriminating article was recovered nor the petitioner was put on TIP and similarly situated other co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by another coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos.11526 of 2018 and 20556 of 2018 on 27.02.2018 and 16.04.2018 respectively. Having considered the aforesaid facts and
