1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307 and 452/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as the informant alleges that petitioner along with Noor Sabba entered his room after knocking the door and stabbed him brutally.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State also after perusing the case diary submits that the informant was assaulted by knife and the injury report corroborates the allegation of assault by knife, further the injured in all suffered seven injuries.

5. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Dehri (Town) P.S. Case No. 717 of 2023 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas/Successor Court.
