There has been recovery of 13.83 litres of foreign liquor (Indian origin) from the house of the petitioner, Umesh Ram along with other persons which, the learned counsel for the petitioner has controverted and in an alternative, it has also been pleaded that there has been joint possession along with other family members which would be considered by the learned lower court during the course of consideration of prayer for regular bail.
