The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 427, 448, 354, 380 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to high handedness of the police. Further submission is that in the instant case no injury is found as per allegation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19861 of 2023(2) dt.24-06-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
