This appeal is filed for grant of bail in connection with Laxmipur (Gidhaur) P.S. Case No. 225 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST (prevention of atrocities) Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that appellant is in custody since 23.12.2016 and similarly situated co-accused person namely Gujary Devi @ Gunjary Devi has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 28624 of 2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named appellant be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1688 of 2017 (2) dt.07-06-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur (Gidhaur) P.S. Case No. 225 of 2015.

Accordingly, this appeal is allowed.
