Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2013 registered for offence under Sections-323, 447, 504, 379, 506, 385, 387, 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3086 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2015 2/2 On perusal of the first information report, I find that there was land dispute between the petitioners and the informant and, moreover, Annexure-2 to this petition reveals that parties have already compromised this case.
Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
