JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mithanpura P.S.Case No. 113 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 307, 379 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he sprinkled kerosene oil on the person of the informant, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Mithanpura P.S.Case No. 113 of 2014, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur stands rejected. However it is made clear that this rejection order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of
