Petitioners seek bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017 registered under Sections- 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are only alleged to be present while preparations were being done for cremating the dead body. Witnesses have said that petitioners were present at the time of cremation. Allegation of assault has been levelled against family members of the deceased. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 06.04.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27220 of 2017 (3) dt.19-07-2017 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 52 of 2017.
