JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 74 of 2014 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 468, 470 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant stated that the accused persons induced him to part of a sum of Rs. 11,00,000/- for securing job. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the First Information Report that money was handed over to one Indra Kishore Chaudhary. He further submits that co-accused Rani Devi and Devendra Singh have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 28.09.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 38693 of 2015.

No.11392 of 2016 (2) dt.17-03-2016 2/2 As co-accused with similar allegations have been granted bail, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 74 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, with the condition that the petitioner would not physically absent for two consecutive dates at stretch till one witness is examined.
