The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 566 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code .
The allegation is regarding recovery of five stolen motorcycles from the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to deposit cash security for the purposes of grant of regular bail. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.12.2018.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12891 of 2019(2) dt.01-03-2019 2/2 case, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner on regular bail subject to deposit of a sum of Rs.25,000/- in cash before the Nazarat of the concerned trial court and subject to such conditions as may be imposed by the learned court of A.C.J.M. XIVth, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No.566 of 2018. It is needless to state that the aforesaid deposit shall be subject to final outcome of the trial.
With the aforesaid direction, the present petition stands disposed of.
