After hearing both sides, in my view, the writ application with a grievance to make payment of certain outstanding dues by the Bihar State Food and Civil Supply Corporation ( for short 'the Corporation') be disposed of permitting the petitioner to raise such grievance before the appropriate/ competent authority of the Corporation for consideration and disposal in accordance with law. I order accordingly.
