JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 121 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 498(A), 323, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 /4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that for the act and omission Doriganj P.S. Case No. 121 of 2018 was instituted, whereas for the same offence a complaint was filed and later on it was registered as Doriganj P.S. Case No. 179 of 2018. The petitioner is the husband of the complainant/informant opposite party no. 2. The petitioner is

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband and he is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity as stated in para-6 of the bail application, in order to provide one more opportunity, the court is inclined to grant him bail. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-7th, Saran at Chapra in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 121 of 2018.
After release, the Court below is directed to refer the matter to the Mediation Center so that the dispute between the husband and wife may be amicably settled.
