The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Supaul P.S. Case No. 205 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was earlier rejected by this Court vide order passed on 21.05.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 37672 of 2013 and the petitioners were directed to surrender in the court below with Rs. 4 Lacs, but the petitioners did not surrender. In pursuant to the order aforesaid, the petitioners went before the Apex Court, but the prayer for anticipatory bail was also rejected there.

It is submitted that the petitioners are ready to

Considering the facts aforesaid, I do not consider the case fit for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the court below and the court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners. If the money is deposited, that should be deposited in interest fetching scheme. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
