2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 167 of 2024 dated 09.07.2024 registered under Sections 103(1), 108(1), 351(1) of B.N.S.

3. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed by the petitioners for the second time, inasmuch as the earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioners was rejected on merits by this Court vide order dated 10.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80550 of 2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that subsequently regular bail has been granted to the accused, namely Ramjani Ansari, by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 25.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69593 of 2025. Accordingly, petitioners have preferred this application for second time.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the fact that anticipatory bail application of the petitioners was earlier rejected by this Court on merits, having regard to the gravity of the offence, I do not find any reason to grant anticipatory bail on the present petition filed by the petitioners for the second time.

6. In view of the aforesaid, the present application is rejected.
