Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.11941 of 2018 arising out of Dhanrua P.S. Case No.464 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 18 litres Mahua liquor has been recovered from the outer wall of house of this petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
