2. The petitioner seeks bail in Chenari P.S. Case No. 411 of 2025 registered for an offence under Sections 303(2), 318(4) and 338 of BNS, 2023

3. The allegation is that the informant was duped. Her ATM Card was changed and money was withdrawn.

4. Considering that the petitioner was arrested along with thirty ATM Cards which includes the ATM Card of the informant, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

6. The petitioner may renew his prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13862 of 2026(6) dt.25-05-2026 2/2 bail after six months.

7. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
