Petitioner is an accused in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 267 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 457 of 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not named in the first information report. He is in custody since 18.11.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
