JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 12.10.2017, seeks bail in Alamnagar PS Case No. 236 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the informant's sister had gone to purchase book from the market wherefrom she was enticed away by the accused persons.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of elopement and the informant's sister was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner rather she herself returned back and other two co-accused Vashisth Kumar Mehta and Sajan Kumar Mehta have been admitted to bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 59370 of 2017 and the petitioner is in custody since 12.10.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Mahesh Kumar Mehra @ Manish is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar PS Case No. 236 of 2017.
