SINHA) Date: 28-04-2015 In the light of our order dated 21.04.2015 Superintendent of Police, East Champaran, Motihari has submitted report contained in Letter No. 856 dated 27.04.2015 annexing the report of Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Areraj dated 27.04.2015 enclosing the report of Inspector-cum-Officer-in-Charge, Govindganj Police Station dated 26.04.2015 stating that sole respondent Devendra Pandey @ Devendra Dubey, resident of Village Tikulia within Govindganj Police Station in the district of Motihari left for heavenly abode in the night between 23-24.02.1998 for which Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 10/98 dated 24.02.1998 for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act was registered.
