Patna High Court MJC No.1038 of 2016 dt.07-12-2016 the petitioners for payment of entire dues.

In such a situation and on such submission having been given on instruction by learned counsel the appearance of Registrar is dispensed with.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioner is still aggrieved and the said payment is not actually paid within a period of two weeks from today then he would be at liberty to file a petition for revival of this case.
