The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 194 of 2020 registered under Sections 30(a)(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the house of this petitioner. Further he submits that petitioner is not the owner of the house from where the alleged recovery has been made, as contained in the supplementary affidavit. The said house does not belong to the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 194 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
