2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhimpur P.S. Case No. 41 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 379, 356 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing theft of Laptop, Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Driving License, ATM Card and other articles from the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 6.6.2023.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Supaul in connection with Bhimpur P.S. Case No. 41 of 2023.
7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Pratapganj Police Station on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
