The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) PS.Case No.421 of 2018 dated 23.6.2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner as per FIR is that the petitioner dashed his motorcycle with that of the brother of the informant; due to which his brother received injuries and also assaulted his brother and further Rs.25,000/- was snatched and a golden chain of Rs.10,000/- of the informant was also snatched. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case and as a matter of fact the brother of the informant has dashed the motorcycle to the motorcycle of the petitioner and in order to save his skin, the

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S.Case No.421 of 2018 dated 23.6.2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
