JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-02-2017 Heard Sri Rakesh Narayan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to AAG No. 8 as well as Sri Rabindra Kumar Priyadarshi, learned counsel for the respondent no. 6 and 7.

The present writ petition was filed primarily for the purposes of directing the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna to permit the petitioner to join in the School in the district of Rohtas. He had also prayed for directing the respondents for payment of salary of working period from 13.3.2014 to 3.6.2014.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1261 of 2015 (3) dt.13-02-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that for the purposes of salary petitioner has filed a separate writ petition vide CWJC No. 15311 of 2015. So far prayer for allowing the petitioner to join is concerned, he submits that during pendency of this petition joining has already been accepted. In view of the fact that relief for joining has already been granted and for payment of salary separate writ petition is pending, there is no reason to keep the present writ petition pending.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
