JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Parbatta P.S. Case No. 107 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-25(i-b)a/26 of the Arms Act It is alleged in the written report that one loaded country-made pistol and nine cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner.
It has been submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that when he refused to give fish to S.I. Pramod Kumar, he was assaulted by police personnel and sustained injury, which is apparent from Annexure-2 to this petition.

No.26957 of 2017 (3) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 In such circumstances, the prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 107 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
