The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 197 of 2020 registered under Sections 307, 323, 324, 325, 341, 379 and 504/34 and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 23506 of 2021 on 27.05.2021.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

No.23816 of 2021(6) dt.11-04-2022 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 197 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
