Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by order dated 13.09.2019, the time granted by this Court to the petitioners to surrender before the Court below for furnishing bail bond be extended by further four weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that petitioner No.1 had met with an accident and his right leg got fractured and petitioner Nos.2 and 3 were attending

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19335 of 2020(2) dt.15-09-2021 2/2 petitioner No.1 and subsequently Covid-19 intervened, as such the petitioners could not appear and surrender before the Court below within time as per the order dated 13.09.2019 passed by this Court.

Regard being had to the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the order dated 13.09.2019 is modified to the extent that the time granted by this Court earlier, is extended by further two weeks from today, to enable the petitioners to furnish bail bond in the Court below.
