2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"(i) for issuance of writ in the nature
2/4 of certiorari to quash the order dated 31.03.2016 passed by the Hon'ble Justice Smt. Mridula Mishra passed in B.L.T. Case No.474 of 2015 whereby and where under the order dated 03.02.2015 passed by learned Divisional Commissioner Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur passed in Land Ceiling Revision Case no.138 of 2010 has been uphold.
(ii) for quashing of order dated 03.02.2015 passed by the Learned Divisional Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur, passed in Land Ceiling Revision Case No. 138 of 2010, whereby and where under, the Land Ceiling Revision of the respondent no. 2 has been allowed against the petitioner and the orders dated 16.10.2008 passed by Learned L.R.D.C. East, Muzaffarpur passed in Preemption Case No. 17 of 2006-2007, as well as order dated 10.07.2010 passed by Learned Additional Collector, Muzaffarpur passed in Land Ceiling Appeal No. 05 of 2008 has been set-aside.
3/4 (iii) for affirming of order dated 10.07.2010 passed in Land Ceiling Appeal No.
05 of 2008 passed by Additional Collector, Muzaffarpur whereby and where under the appeal against order dated 16.10.2008 passed by L.R.D.C. (East) Muzaffarpur passed in Land Ceiling Case No. 17 of 2006-2007 has been allowed in favour of petitioner by dismissing the said appeal against appellant / respondent no. 2. (iv) for affirming of order dated 16.10.2008 passed by L.R.D.C. (East) Muzaffarpur passed in pre-emption Case No. 17 of 2006-2007 whereby the claim of the petitioner has accepted and case has been decided in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent no. 2.
(v) during pendency of this case before this Hon'ble Court operation of order under challenge may kindly be stayed.
(vi) for any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner may be found legally entitled."

3. It has been informed by learned State counsel that it is a preemption matter and with the new law, has become infructuous.
4. However, since there is no appearance, the writ petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
