For setting aside the order dated 30/09/2023 passed in Anganwadi Case No.

05/2021-22 (Jyoti Kumari Vs State / Priyanka Devi) passed by Appellate Authority (Annexure 5), The Court of Collector-Cum-District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

(ii). For reinstatement of the Petitioner for the post of Anganwadi Sevika, for Centre No. 331,

Patna High Court CWJC No.6143 of 2024(2) dt.25-04-2024 2/2 situated at Ward No. 09, Panchayat Raj Khutanhi, as in accordance with law and by virtue of the Selection/Employment Letter dated 31/01/2020, issued by the Respondent No. 6 (Annexure 1) as legally valid and final in the matter in issue of selection between the Petitioner against the private Respondents No. 7."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
