The petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2017 in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.546 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute relates to sale and purchase of land between the parties, for which appropriate remedy is available to the informant. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and she has not executed any such agreement, as alleged in the F.I.R. Thus, the petitioner prays for grant of regular bail.
