JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/323/307/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that for land dispute he caused injury with Farsa at the head of Sohari Devi, the mother of the informant. The doctor has found grievous injury at the forehead of the mother of the informant. Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2017. There is no allegation of repetition of blow. Investigation is already complete.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9125 of 2018 (3) dt.27-03-2018 P2/ petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sohail P.S. Case No.8 of 2015, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
